Our highly skilled surgeons and well-qualified staff offer a broad range of state-of-the-art surgical care with special expertise in laparoscopic techniques, abdominal, vascular, and cancer surgery.

The Practice Office Hours:

The office is open Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8AM-6PM, and Wednesday and Friday 8AM-4PM

Appointments:
Dr. Alvarez’s office hours are
Tuesday 1PM-6PM and Thursday’s 8AM-3PM.

Dr. Steinig's office hours are
Tuesday 7:30-3PM, Thu 1-6PM, Friday 2-4PM

Dr. Patterson's office hours are
Monday 1-6PM, Wednesday 7:30AM-3PM

Dr. Eckhert's office hours are
Monday 1-6PM, Wednesday 7:30AM-3PM

Cancellations:

As a courtesy, if you need to cancel your appointment, please call the office at 716-675-7730.

New Patients:

It is always helpful if you have your insurance card in hand when you call to schedule your visit. Please be sure you have obtained your referral from your primary care physician.

Delays:

Emergencies are very common in a busy surgical practice. Feel free to call ahead to see if the doctor is delayed.

Insurance: South Towns Surgical Associates participates with all major insurances in Western New York. Please see Accepted Insurances.
